Manage discretionary client portfolios according to mandates and Investment Committee guidance. Analyze asset allocation, performance, risk drift, benchmarks, and performance drivers. Support implementation and enhancement of risk, control and governance reporting. Document methodologies, assess controls, improve processes and data quality, run stakeholder workshops, produce governance reports, and support programme delivery.

Support the development and enhancement of Davy’s digital advice platform by applying financial planning expertise, interpreting cash flow modelling outputs, validating assumptions and client outcomes, and contributing to testing and quality assurance. The role collaborates with advisers, project teams, product owners and technology teams, creates planning methodologies and guidance, improves adviser and client experiences, supports digital transformation initiatives, and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Provide tailored, compliant financial advice and wealth management to private clients. Build and manage client relationships, identify and pursue new business, manage portfolios across pensions, savings and investments, collaborate with Bank of Ireland/Davy partners, ensure regulatory compliance, lead or direct colleagues through complex client solutions, and drive business improvement initiatives.

Provide broker-facing support including account openings, settlement and operations management, reconciliations and controls, MI updates, administrative support, process improvements, training junior staff, participating in projects, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Provide operational and administrative support to Davy Select account managers and brokers: manage account openings and queries, liaise with internal teams, maintain pipelines and MI, perform reconciliations, improve processes, develop pension and investment product knowledge, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Support pensions client services by administering occupational schemes, PRSAs, ARFs and retirement products. Process maturities, transfers, death claims, PAOs, policy setups, Revenue submissions, and regulatory disclosures while ensuring compliance and assisting on reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Own the enterprise Snowflake data platform, including strategy, architecture, security, performance, cost, and roadmap. Lead data engineering delivery for Finance, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Wealth Management, including regulatory reporting. Develop AI-ready data products with strong quality, metadata, and lineage standards. Grow the data engineering function, establish engineering practices, manage senior stakeholders and vendors, and ensure privacy, ethical, regulatory, and Responsible AI compliance.

Owns fund governance for Davy’s regulated funds, including board and service-provider engagement, regulatory oversight, performance governance, issue escalation, fund events, board reporting, and operational resilience. Leads governance across ManCos, administrators, custodians, and other providers while coordinating investment data, technology, systems, and workflow improvements. Requires extensive UCITS fund governance or investment oversight experience and strong board-level communication.

Design, develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions (FSC/Service Cloud). Build LWC, Apex, Flow automations and integrations, support deployments and production systems, ensure governance/security/compliance, produce documentation, and optimize processes.

The Senior Java Developer will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, mentor junior members, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation within the team.

Provide first-line client servicing for wealth clients: ongoing suitability assessments, portfolio oversight and trade implementation, coordinate with internal investment teams, prepare client reporting, document meeting minutes and follow-ups, and liaise with external advisers (tax, legal, brokers, life offices). Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth and corporate clients, support financial advisers with technical tax input, develop tax-efficient wealth strategies, produce technical updates and training, and ensure compliance with risk and Fitness & Probity standards while promoting and innovating the firm's financial planning offering.

Lead privacy risk and governance for data, digital and AI initiatives. Conduct DPIAs/LIAs, embed Privacy by Design, advise stakeholders, support vendor due diligence, maintain RoPAs, deliver training, and ensure GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.

Support senior compliance staff by providing regulatory advice (MiFID, CPC, SFDR), monitor business activities for compliance, build MI/dashboards and KRIs, assist with regulatory aspects of projects and reporting, and review business and marketing materials for regulatory adherence.

Monitor compliance with the firms Compliance Framework and regulatory obligations across capital markets. Analyse trade surveillance alerts and electronic/telephone communications, support monitoring program development, maintain records, assist on compliance projects, and ensure adherence to trading venue and Takeover Panel rules. Provide administrative and continuous improvement support within the Risk and Compliance framework.
