Provides specialist investment consulting and portfolio advice for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include portfolio analysis, asset allocation, manager due diligence, risk and performance assessment, bespoke investment solutions, client presentations, investment proposition development, technical content, stakeholder collaboration, mentoring, and business development support.

Partners with business units to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support. Build trusted relationships, convert referrals, manage a growing client portfolio, develop financial plans using digital tools, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships. The adviser will collaborate with internal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve client issues, and help develop Davy’s technology-enabled advice proposition.

Supports intermediary brokers and account managers by opening new accounts, resolving account queries, maintaining broker and client pipelines, preparing management information, and coordinating with Davy Operations. The role provides administrative and customer service support, contributes to process improvements and ad hoc projects, develops pension and investment product knowledge, and complies with risk and compliance requirements.

Manage end-to-end pension transfer-in and transfer-out processes, coordinating with advisers, clients, operations teams, and external providers. Prepare and verify documentation, track transfer progress, provide management information, ensure fees and requirements are addressed, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role also involves quality assurance, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and identifying process improvements while supporting a smooth client experience.

Supports investment solution development and oversight across Davy Select’s intermediary and direct channels. Responsibilities include launching investment products, managing investment models, improving fund selection and portfolio construction processes, analyzing funds and strategies, supporting investment strategy initiatives, answering adviser and account manager queries, contributing to client events and seminars, and maintaining investment content. The role requires collaboration with senior management, investment teams, advisers, and business operations while meeting Irish Fitness and Probity requirements.

Manage corporate finance transactions across capital markets and M&A, including IPOs, offerings, buybacks, takeovers, valuations, financial modeling, research, presentations, diligence, and transaction execution. The role supports client directors, develops investor and acquisition analyses, applies stock exchange and listed-company regulatory knowledge, and collaborates with internal teams, clients, advisers, and diligence providers.

Supports the day-to-day governance and operation of discretionary investment solutions and UCITS funds. Responsibilities include fund governance, service-provider oversight, fund events, trade lifecycle issue resolution, portfolio and investment data workflows, technology implementation, management information, board reporting, and escalation management. The role also serves as a business lead for investment technology and data platform improvements while coordinating responses to fund boards, ManCos, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Supports the enhancement and implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework across business units. Provide tailored, compliant financial advice and wealth management to private clients. Build and manage client relationships, identify and pursue new business, manage portfolios across pensions, savings and investments, collaborate with Bank of Ireland/Davy partners, ensure regulatory compliance, lead or direct colleagues through complex client solutions, and drive business improvement initiatives.

Provide broker-facing support including account openings, settlement and operations management, reconciliations and controls, MI updates, administrative support, process improvements, training junior staff, participating in projects, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Own the enterprise Snowflake data platform, including strategy, architecture, security, performance, cost, and roadmap. Lead data engineering delivery for Finance, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Wealth Management, including regulatory reporting. Develop AI-ready data products with strong quality, metadata, and lineage standards. Grow the data engineering function, establish engineering practices, manage senior stakeholders and vendors, and ensure privacy, ethical, regulatory, and Responsible AI compliance.

Design, develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions (FSC/Service Cloud). Build LWC, Apex, Flow automations and integrations, support deployments and production systems, ensure governance/security/compliance, produce documentation, and optimize processes.

The Senior Java Developer will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, mentor junior members, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation within the team.

Provide first-line client servicing for wealth clients: ongoing suitability assessments, portfolio oversight and trade implementation, coordinate with internal investment teams, prepare client reporting, document meeting minutes and follow-ups, and liaise with external advisers (tax, legal, brokers, life offices). Ensure regulatory compliance and support CST project deliverables.
