Monitor compliance with the firms Compliance Framework and regulatory obligations across capital markets. Analyse trade surveillance alerts and electronic/telephone communications, support monitoring program development, maintain records, assist on compliance projects, and ensure adherence to trading venue and Takeover Panel rules. Provide administrative and continuous improvement support within the Risk and Compliance framework.

Monitor firm-wide compliance with regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, MiFIR, Market Abuse, Financial Crime), review policies and client portfolio suitability, develop and execute monitoring tests, maintain records, liaise with regulators, support compliance projects and provide administrative compliance support.
