As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead design projects, conduct user research, create prototypes, and collaborate with teams to enhance product experience.

Lead Davy's Compliance Advisory team, providing regulatory advice across MiFID, MAR, AML/CFT and other EU/CBI requirements. Drive regulatory change, deliver compliance training, maintain policies, support the CCO with regulator and board engagements, oversee strategic compliance projects, and develop a high-performing team embedded in the wider Bank of Ireland Group Compliance framework.

Provide first-line client servicing for wealth clients: ongoing suitability assessments, portfolio oversight and trade implementation, coordinate with internal investment teams, prepare client reporting, document meeting minutes and follow-ups, and liaise with external advisers (tax, legal, brokers, life offices). Ensure regulatory compliance and support CST project deliverables.
