Provide frontline client service and administration for pension clients: respond to enquiries, maintain records, assist onboarding, liaise with internal teams, support process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Senior Java Developer will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, mentor junior members, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation within the team.

Provide first-line client servicing for wealth clients: ongoing suitability assessments, portfolio oversight and trade implementation, coordinate with internal investment teams, prepare client reporting, document meeting minutes and follow-ups, and liaise with external advisers (tax, legal, brokers, life offices). Ensure regulatory compliance and support CST project deliverables.
