As a Product Manager, you will contribute to your product team with a knowledge of business constraints, an understanding of our users, and awareness of product trends.
The mobile team is creating the capability for our sellers to manage and grow their business on the go. Whether it's push notifications, payments or payouts, we make it easy for our sellers to sell at scale, wherever they are and with minimal effort.
This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office. You'll report to the Senior Group Product Manager in New York and work with the Staff Product Manager for mobile to set strategy and direction for helping our sellers succeed within our mobile app across iOS and Android.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will help contribute to the strategy and tactical roadmap that puts the user experience first and drives towards our shared Commerce and company goals. You should have an interest in eCommerce, mobile apps and building products that have revenue driving ability.
You'll Get To...- Create and prioritize a roadmap rooted in data, informed by multiple sources and justified by return on investment
- Guide product development—from conception to launch—with consideration for more than just your specific team, but also adjacent teams and the broader Commerce business
- Be a single, mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, and product analytics
- Work with other PMs and data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions that impact your product
- Contribute to OKRs, team and product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Influence and inform team/group strategy through passionate and well-reasoned presentation of ideas
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within a mobile commerce environment, but not required
- A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, and user segmentation
- Ability to take a vague problem, research and prepare a compelling proposal for action that will drive key outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-team research studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals and outstanding user experiences
- A solid understanding of revenue driving products and services
