Senior Copilot Studio / Power Platform Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of solutions built using Microsoft Copilot Studio 
• Work with clients to identify use cases for copilots, conversational automation, and related Power Platform solutions 
• Build and configure copilots, topics, actions, orchestration flows, and integrations with business systems 
• Apply a strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven app architecture when designing connected solutions 
• Advise clients and colleagues on best practice for Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and associated solution design 
• Act as Codec’s internal subject matter expert for Copilot Studio, helping to grow capability, standards, and delivery approach 
• Support solution design where Azure services or wider Microsoft platform components are needed 
• Contribute to workshops, estimates, documentation, pre-sales activity, and project delivery 
• Design and deliver Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions in accordance with organisational information security policies, data protection requirements, and control expectations.
• Identify and address information security risks associated with conversational AI, data access, integrations, and automation flows as part of solution design and delivery.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation and design artefacts that support security governance, auditability, and compliance with  requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Practical experience designing and building copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio 
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven apps 
• Experience contributing to pre-sales, solution design, and technical leadership 
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert within Codec for Copilot Studio solutions 
• Experience working directly with clients to understand requirements and shape solutions 
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills 

• Experience with Power Platform more broadly, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Pages 
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and how they sit within the wider Power Platform ecosystem 
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio or Power Platform solutions with Azure services or external systems 
• Awareness of governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions
