Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions; engage with clients to identify use cases, design solutions, and ensure effective outcomes while acting as a subject matter expert.
Codec is seeking a Senior Power Platform / Copilot Studio Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions for our clients. This role is focused on building practical, high-value copilots and intelligent automation solutions using Copilot Studio, supported by a strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven apps.
The successful candidate will be recognised internally as a subject matter expert in Copilot Studio and will help shape Codec’s capability in this area. They will combine hands-on delivery experience with strong consulting skills, working with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver secure and effective outcomes across Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions built using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Work with clients to identify use cases for copilots, conversational automation, and related Power Platform solutions
- Build and configure copilots, topics, actions, orchestration flows, and integrations with business systems
- Apply a strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven app architecture when designing connected solutions
- Advise clients and colleagues on best practice for Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and associated solution design
- Act as Codec’s internal subject matter expert for Copilot Studio, helping to grow capability, standards, and delivery approach
- Support solution design where Azure services or wider Microsoft platform components are needed
- Contribute to workshops, estimates, documentation, pre-sales activity, and project delivery
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Practical experience designing and building copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven apps
- Experience contributing to pre-sales, solution design, and technical leadership
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert within Codec for Copilot Studio solutions
- Experience working directly with clients to understand requirements and shape solutions
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- Experience with Power Platform more broadly, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Pages
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and how they sit within the wider Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio or Power Platform solutions with Azure services or external systems
- Awareness of governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions
