Lead and deliver multiple enterprise business-application projects end-to-end in a consulting environment. Sell Microsoft CSP licences and Codec professional/managed services across the UK market. Manage full sales cycle, collaborate with Microsoft account teams and internal specialists, design solutions across Azure, M365, Dynamics and Power Platform, hit quarterly bookings targets, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary Microsoft technology projects (Azure, Dynamics), managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and stakeholder relationships. Maintain governance, RAID logs, forecasting, contractual/commercial controls, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve customer outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large or multiple ERP transformation projects (Dynamics 365 focus). Ensure scope, budget, timeline, quality, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, user adoption, and post-go-live support while mentoring project teams and supporting pre-sales and commercial activities.

Lead delivery of large, complex or multiple concurrent projects. Ensure delivery commitments, budgets, forecasts and contractual alignment. Manage cross-project dependencies, stakeholder relationships, and commercial risks. Mentor project managers and enforce PMO governance, RAID, reporting and quality controls.
