Troubleshoot end-to-end integration chains (on-prem/SFTP → Azure → Dynamics 365), maintain WebJobs/.NET services, improve reliability and performance, support security and DevOps practices, act as senior escalation point, build runbooks, and engage with stakeholders to deliver continuous platform improvements.

Client-facing functional consultant responsible for end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central finance implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live support, and financial reporting/analytics using BI/ISV tools. Works with finance stakeholders, delivers workshops and pre-sales, mentors junior consultants, and identifies process improvements and automation opportunities.
