Owns solution architecture for multiple customer projects using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft technology stack. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, integrations, ALM and CI/CD strategy, technical documentation, stakeholder engagement, project delivery leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support. The architect advises customers, prototypes and demonstrates solutions, guides developers, manages technical and commercial considerations, and leads complex enterprise implementations across agile and waterfall environments.

Deliver large-scale business applications projects using Microsoft Power Platform. Lead design, technical delivery, mentoring, and client consultations to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop and enhance Azure-based integration and data solutions across a hybrid enterprise estate. Troubleshoot end-to-end integration chains (on-prem/SFTP → Azure → Dynamics 365), maintain WebJobs/.NET services, improve reliability and performance, support security and DevOps practices, act as senior escalation point, build runbooks, and engage with stakeholders to deliver continuous platform improvements.
