What's the opportunity?

Our Sales Development organization is a key driver of Fin’s growth, acting as both a talent pipeline and a revenue engine. We identify and engage prospects globally, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process - and laying the foundation for future careers across our Go-to-Market teams.

At Fin, we’re customer-obsessed and driven to transform online customer service through a human + AI approach. We believe in balancing working hard with working smart - using data, strategy, and creativity to drive results and continuously improve.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Coordinator to join our Enterprise Sales team. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role designed for someone looking to build strong foundations in sales development, customer engagement, and account research.

You’ll play a key role in nurturing low-intent prospects, improving the quality of our account and contact data, and enabling Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to engage more effectively with high-potential prospects.

This role is intended as a stepping stone into Sales. Successful candidates may progress into a full-time Sales Development Representative role based on performance, readiness, and business needs. You will receive coaching and enablement to prepare for progression into an SDR position.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Development Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Enterprise Sales teams across several core areas:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and engage with early-stage prospects, helping qualify interest and route opportunities appropriately
  • Conduct account and prospect research to support outbound efforts
  • Build organisation maps for key personas, including roles across Customer Support, Product, AI, and Digital Transformation
  • Prepare call briefs and account summaries to help AEs and BDRs engage effectively ahead of meetings
What skills do I need?
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field or early in your career with less than 2 years of professional experience
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects via email and phone
  • Fluency in English, with French or German preferred (Dublin only)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn and Google Workspace
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently with light guidance
  • Curious about technology, AI, sales, and customer experience
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in sales

Prior sales experience is not required, this role is designed for someone early in their career or transitioning into sales.

At Fin, we want to give people what they need to do the best work of their careers. Our benefits and programs are designed to support your health and wellbeing, your family, your time away from work, and your financial future.
