As a Data Analyst, you will join the Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence and deliver high-quality BI products, ensuring excellent user interaction, and documentation to enable crucial business decisions. You will work closely with our marketing business partners to understand their business goals and utilize wireframing/prototyping approaches to collaborate on innovative solutions. You will analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support marketing strategy and business objectives. You will then deliver new BI products supported by an experienced team.
The team is part of a wider Data Strategy and Analytics group, giving you access to leading-edge tools for ideation, data processing, and visualisation. What you bring is the enthusiasm to understand business problems and the tenacity to solve them using your data visualisation skills.

- Engage directly with marketing business partners to gather use cases and requirements for Business Intelligence/Reporting
- Develop semantic data models to support reporting solutions
- Develop BI/Reporting solutions to meet marketing business needs and drive business value
- Develop user-friendly documentation, including user guides, to enable users to effectively use products delivered
- Provide training and act as a point of contact for stakeholders/users in relation to BI products
- Collaborate with data strategy and IT partners to enhance reporting data infrastructure
- Manage report maintenance and on-going enhancement

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar platforms
- Proven solid experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data from structured databases
- Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather requirements and present insights to business users
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing and owning business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Proven experience supporting marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or customer segmentation initiatives
- Proven experience working with Azure Cloud and Databricks
- Demonstrated familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation
- Proven experience working within Agile development methodologies
- Proven experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
