Job Description:
The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Manager communicates and manages quality policy and objectives and reports on the overall effectiveness of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare quality program. He/She collaborates with Operations to ensure the smooth implementation of new healthcare business and maintains knowledge of quality and regulatory agency rules and regulations to communicate compliance requirements. The Healthcare QA Senior Manager manages the documentation and training of operating procedures and regulatory topics, risk minimization of storing, distributing and transporting healthcare products, and audits and facility or system validations (i.e., reliable proof that systems and equipment perform to defined specifications). He/She may manage the document control process, order-to-cash, QA support, risk assessment and training. This position oversees managers and supervisors.
Responsibilities:
Monitors and instructs for compliance to UPS SCS site license requirements (DEL, MDEL, CDS, PCR).
Promotes Issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvements and project initiatives.
Facilitates, hosts, and respond to audits (Internal, Regulatory Agencies and Clients)
Assists with creation, revision, and approval of Controlled Documents (SOP/WI/Forms).
Provides investigation and Non-conformance reporting, including development of proactive strategies for preventing recurrence.
Changes control management.
Provides Quality and Regulatory compliance guidance to clients and internal staff.
Supports growth of new and expanded facilities, clients and services.
Participates in environmental control and CDS security emergency response action team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Sciences - Preferred
Pharmaceutical, healthcare or food industry experience - Preferred
QPIC/AQPIC designation - Preferred
Responsible Person (RP) Certified - Preferred
The successful candidate will be based in UPS Healthcare, Harristown, Dublin and will be on-site Monday to Friday.
