Job Description

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about making the difference. As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that shape the built environment across Sweden, working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

You'll take responsibility for your own projects or support more complex commissions, working closely with clients, contractors and experienced colleagues. This role offers excellent variety and exposure across the Swedish real estate market, while providing opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Lead or support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes. 
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and project teams. 
  • Manage project scope, programme, budget and resources to meet agreed objectives. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and support effective collaboration. 
  • Monitor project performance across time, cost and quality, and take action where needed. 
  • Manage risks, issues and change control processes throughout the lifecycle. 
  • Support procurement activities and manage supplier and contractor interfaces. 
  • Maintain clear governance, reporting and communication with stakeholders. 
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing. 
  • Contribute to client relationships, business development and process improvement.  

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or a related discipline.  
  • Strong experience in Project Management within the real estate sector, ideally across retail and office projects. 
  • Experience in project management, specifically within construction or real estate. 
  • Understanding of project planning, delivery and governance. 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills. 
  • Proactive and collaborative approach. 
  • Recognised Project Management Qualification is desired. 
  • Experience with MS Project is preferred, and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
