The Director, Cost Management Lead will secure new business opportunities, oversee recruitment, lead the cost management function, and ensure high-quality delivery and client relations in Europe.

Provide cost management and quantity surveying across full project lifecycle for real estate projects in Dublin: feasibility, estimating, tendering, contract cost control, valuations, monthly reporting, value engineering, final accounts and client/consultant liaison.

Lead cost management for data centre projects across the full lifecycle. Prepare pre- and post-contract estimates, tender and procurement documents, cost plans, valuations, monthly cost reports, cost risk analysis and value engineering. Interface with clients and consultants, manage change control and final accounts, and contribute to estimating best practices.

Lead and manage large-scale hyperscale data centre projects across feasibility, design, construction and completion. Develop project strategies, budgets and processes; monitor progress; manage risks, contractors and clients; produce reports, presentations and thought leadership for the Data Centre real estate sector.

Coordinate and oversee multi-discipline technical design for major rail infrastructure contracts. Manage design planning, assurance, stakeholder engagement, compliance with standards, risk mitigation, design change control, programme reporting, and support railway safety/regulatory submissions to deliver detailed, constructable designs.

Lead project controls for Data Centre projects: establish processes, templates and baselines for cost and schedule; monitor performance, manage change, risks and opportunities; coordinate planning workshops; produce executive reports; liaise with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure schedule, cashflow and quality targets are met.
