The Director, Cost Management Lead will secure new business opportunities, oversee recruitment, lead the cost management function, and ensure high-quality delivery and client relations in Europe.

Provide contracts and procurement advice for large capital construction projects, support contract development and administration, manage stakeholder inputs, maintain trackers, and help grow contract services capabilities while delivering team and business targets.

Lead and manage QA/QC and commissioning activities for data centre construction projects: coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants; plan and allocate QC resources; perform audits, inspections and witnessing; review ITPs, checklists and as-built drawings; generate QC reports and lead QA/QC meetings; recruit and evaluate QC personnel and ensure quality documentation and commissioning readiness.
