Leads project controls across planning, cost, risk, change, schedule, performance, and governance for complex rail programs. Establishes baselines, reporting processes, PMO frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies; manages change control and monthly project reviews; supports resource allocation, compliance, quality assurance, and financial reporting. The role also oversees stakeholder communications, mentors project controllers, drives process improvements, and ensures consistent project management standards across the program.

Lead commercial finance and business partnering for multiple European sub-regions, managing monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, SOX controls, and integration of acquired PJM businesses. Provide financial analysis, rate-card support for bids, line-manage a finance team, support new location setup, systems implementations and ad-hoc cross-border projects, and drive process improvements.

Leads commercial strategy, contract management, procurement, cost planning, budgeting, programme controls, risk management, governance, and reporting for a major infrastructure programme. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages tendering and negotiations, monitors schedule and financial performance, ensures compliance with public procurement and client governance requirements, and supports business cases, assurance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
