The Director, Cost Management Lead will secure new business opportunities, oversee recruitment, lead the cost management function, and ensure high-quality delivery and client relations in Europe.

Lead a cost management team for data centre projects, provide cost planning and estimates, manage procurement and tendering, control post-contract changes and valuations, produce monthly cost reports, and interface with clients and stakeholders.

Manage commercial and contractual lifecycle for large industrial and data centre projects, including tender strategy, PQQs, evaluation, contract administration, change and claims management. Lead negotiations, dispute resolution, compliance monitoring, forecasting and stakeholder reporting. Provide market intelligence, support procurement and legal collaboration, and maintain contract records to support variations and claims.
