Owns end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical construction and infrastructure projects, including office fit-outs, laboratory upgrades, refurbishments, and M&E works. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing tenders and subcontractors, overseeing budgets and P&L, controlling risks and compliance, coordinating stakeholders, managing site delivery and QHSE processes, securing customer acceptance, and closing project accounts. The role also develops project opportunities and maintains customer and supply-partner relationships.

Supports the delivery of multiple commercial real estate projects across Belgium, coordinating project activities, contractors, schedules, resources, documentation, reporting, budgets, risks, changes, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Supports the Reporting Lead in developing and governing performance and reporting frameworks for complex projects. Establishes KPIs, coordinates programme data, oversees reporting deliverables, performs performance analysis, and drives continuous improvement. The role ensures compliance with reporting processes across delivery partners and contractors while maintaining high-quality, timely outputs. It requires extensive project reporting experience, strong data visualization and analysis capabilities, proficiency with Microsoft and BI tools, and experience in high-value metro rail or similarly complex projects.
