Defines scope, coordinates internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, oversees execution, monitors milestones and progress, maintains project administration, ensures safety, and reports bottlenecks and outcomes. Projects may involve HVAC, laboratory equipment, roofing, electrical systems, and security. The role is fully on-site in Sassenheim and requires Dutch and English proficiency.

Lead a portfolio of construction, fit-out, refurbishment, workplace, and commercial property projects in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include project governance, lifecycle delivery, budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, risk, quality, safety, stakeholder management, client relationships, team leadership, and business development. The role oversees projects up to and above €20 million, manages senior client interactions, develops project teams, and identifies new business opportunities.

Manage real estate projects from concept through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, procurement, contractors, suppliers, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project finances, supporting client relationships and business development, and contributing to process improvement across Sweden’s built environment sector.
