Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Product Manager
Poznan, Poland
We are forming a new team within our IT Finance organization responsible for e-invoicing. This position will lead this new team and is integral to a global initiative overseeing the implementation and coordination of e-invoicing solutions across multiple regions. Your role will involve coordinating efforts and controlling IT requirements while maintaining close contact with business teams.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs in the context of e-invoicing.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on global e-invoicing legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with global IT teams to ensure successful implementation of e-invoicing solutions in an integrated modern SAP environment utilizing SAP DRC.
- Align with cross-functional business partners globally to drive product success and meet stakeholder expectations.
Our Requirements:
- Experience in collaborating with global business teams.
- Strong business maturity and understand ing of business processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various managers across departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of IT business processes.
- Technical knowledge relevant to e-invoicing systems, such as SAP DRC
