The Role

As our Pricing Manager, you will be the architect of Holafly’s global revenue strategy, directly impacting our market share and profitability across 200+ destinations. You will transform pricing in an engine of growth by building the systems and the team necessary to scale. This role can be based anywhere in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set a pricing framework to make pricing decisions.
  • Deploy a robust experimentation system to conduct price testing and validate hypotheses.
  • Quantify price elasticity by analyzing user behavior and demand shifts to improve our success metrics.
  • Standardize data-driven decision-making processes to ensure pricing remains agile and reactive to global currency and competitor fluctuations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing pricing team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with carriers, marketing, finance and product teams to align pricing decisions.
  • Manage external agency partnerships ensuring deliverables align with growth metrics.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Strategic Pricing or Revenue Management within a high-growth B2C SaaS or e-commerce environment.
  • Advanced analytical expertise, with the ability to model complex datasets and derive actionable elasticity insights.
  • Experience building pricing infrastructure, specifically automated or semi-automated systems for global price deployment.
Good to have
  • Experience in the travel-tech or telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with Bayesian statistics or machine learning models applied to dynamic pricing.
