Lead global pricing strategy and systems for Holafly across 200+ destinations. Build pricing frameworks, run experiments and elasticity analyses, standardize data-driven decision processes, deploy automated pricing infrastructure, collaborate cross-functionally, manage agencies, and hire and mentor a high-performing pricing team to drive revenue and profitability.

Partner with Marketing and Product leaders to build budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses; create financial models for new features/expansions; translate monthly results into strategic insights; identify risks and bottlenecks; and streamline reporting to support global scaling.

Lead Holafly's global tax strategy, design transfer pricing and cross-border documentation, advise executives on tax impacts of market entries and reorganizations, manage external advisors and filings, optimize corporate structure, monitor OECD/Pillar Two developments, and communicate tax risk and cash tax drivers to leadership.

Lead end-to-end strategic CX and operations transformation projects: diagnose with data, build business cases, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, apply AI, and communicate results to leadership to drive measurable impact.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Python/Django microservices and high-performance REST APIs. Implement unit testing (Pytest), eliminate technical debt, resolve performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with Product and QA to deliver resilient systems. Act as a software architect focused on operations, automation, and best practices to support millions of users.
