It owns partner service, growth, retention, and engagement while building long-term, high-value partnerships.

The Partner Success team manages a portfolio of Managed Partners, helping them maximize value from PayPal solutions. We act as trusted advisors, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Technical Support, Billing, and Customer Support to drive adoption, growth, and retention.

In your day-to-day role, you will….
Own the end-to-end post-sales partner experience for a portfolio of German-speaking partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CTOs and Product leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor, using deep understanding of partner business models and priorities to drive value realization and long-term adoption of PayPal solutions.
Proactively optimize partner performance, retention, and satisfaction through effective product adoption, issue resolution, and continuous engagement.
Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Support to deliver initiatives, manage change, and ensure timely, clear communication.
Represent the partner voice internally, identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and internal processes, and support scalable, long-term partnerships; occasional travel required.
Maintain thorough knowledge of business strategy and priorities, bring industry trends and best practices to enable our business functions objectives and goals
What do you need to bring:
Fluency in German & English (must be business proficiency)
Proven ability to drive partner value, retention, and long-term adoption in a post-sales, enterprise customer or partner success environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior partner leaders and influencing outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated success in proactively managing partner health, identifying risk, and resolving issues through effective cross-functional coordination.
Ability to translate partner business objectives into clear success plans, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution.
Experience operating in fast-paced, change-driven environments, with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
