Job Specification:

• Work cross-functionally across the entire Apex organisation to support and to develop the Apex business as a whole supporting fund administration and depositary operations;

• Assist in the drafting, review and management of client and vendor contracts, including client service agreements, NDAs and termination letters;

• Maintain an agreement template database, maintain quality and version control of all documents;

• Assist on internal projects involving internal Apex corporate actions and new product launches, assisting in the gathering and organisation of documentation and data;

• Conduct legal research to support local Legal Counsel and the wider European Legal Team;

• Assist in the development of the Legal Team’s policies and procedures;

• Maintain a register of intellectual property and supporting with registration and renewal of the same;

• Processing paper and electronic documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent;

· Experience working in a legal, financial or corporate services environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Willingness to learn and develop your own knowledge in an ever evolving industry;

• Previous experience in a paralegal position within the financial services industry and/or contract management;

• An ability to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across different jurisdictions;

• Proficient with MS office tools.
