What's the opportunity? 

Our Sales Development organization is at the heart of Fin's growth, serving as both the talent pipeline and revenue engine. We identify and engage new Small Business and Mid-Market customers across EMEA, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. This team also serves as the foundation for future careers across our Go-to-Market organization.

What will I be doing? 
  • As Manager, Sales Development, you'll support and develop our EMEA Outbound Business Development Representative team while helping shape the future of outbound prospecting at Fin. You'll contribute to revenue growth, enable your team to achieve individual and collective goals, and play an important role in delivering our broader EMEA sales strategy.
  • You'll focus on coaching, developing, and empowering your team to perform at their best while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales leadership and a strong understanding of modern sales cycles, gained through hands-on sales experience. You'll be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and helping your team navigate Fin's evolving business needs.
  • Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners to develop and execute effective sales strategies. A data-informed approach will help you make thoughtful decisions, forecast accurately, support your team's development, and build a healthy pipeline.
What skills do I need? 
  • 1+ year of people management experience.
  • 2+ years of recent B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving quota.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data to identify patterns and insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • A natural mentor and coach with a focus on developing others.
  • Experience managing complex internal ecosystems and building strong partnerships across teams.
