About the TeamAs a part of the Media Operations, Technology & Intelligence (MOTI) team at Salesforce, you will support and execute operational processes that enable the paid media teams to deliver high-performing lead generation campaigns and enhance the customer journey. The role focuses on hands-on campaign activation and platform execution, helping scale operational consistency across a high volume of marketing deliverables.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Platform Execution & Support
Support the day-to-day operation of the lead management platform, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and in line with defined processes.
Execute documented workflows for campaign setup, testing, and delivery across internal (e.g. MARS, Datorama) and external systems.
Follow established governance and quality standards, escalating issues or deviations as required.
Campaign Management & Activation
Build and manage campaigns within the lead management platform, ensuring accurate end-to-end setup.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) for campaign builds, test leads, forms, and integrations prior to launch.
Monitor active campaigns and proactively flag lead delivery or data quality issues.
Support updates to lead goals and publisher budgets based on guidance from senior team members.
Paid Media Lead Operations Support
Support publisher certification processes and assist with issue triage and troubleshooting.
Validate lead data accuracy flowing into CRM systems from paid media partners.
Partner with Lead Operations to understand lead routing requirements and lead quality feedback from Sales.
Help maintain and share lead quality insights sourced from MARS and Lead Operations reporting.
Documentation & Process Support
Maintain and update process documentation, runbooks, and execution guides as workflows evolve.
Contribute to improving consistency and repeatability across campaign activation processes.
People & Ways of Working

Ability to follow structured processes and troubleshoot basic execution issues.
Comfortable working with data to validate outcomes and identify inconsistencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management platforms is a plus.
Ad Operations experience, such as campaign creation and ad trafficking, is a plus.
General understanding of marketing technology concepts, including lead processors, data environments and APIs, is beneficial.
Ability to prioritize and independently follow through on assigned tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners as part of delivery teams.
