About the Team

As part of the Media Operations, Technology & Intelligence (MOTI) team at Salesforce, you will play a senior, hands-on role in operating and optimizing the lead generation and campaign activation platform that supports paid media execution globally.

This role sits between execution and capability development. You will handle more complex activation scenarios, act as an escalation point for quality and delivery issues, and contribute to improving processes and standards as the team continues to bring lead generation activation fully in-house.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Platform Operations & Quality Ownership

  • Ensure day-to-day operational stability of the lead management platform across active campaigns.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex platform, routing, or lead quality issues that cannot be resolved by Analysts.

  • Monitor integrations with internal systems (e.g. MARS, Datorama) and external partners, identifying and escalating systemic issues.

  • Support the transition of lead generation activation from external partners to internal ownership.

Campaign Management & Advanced Activation

  • Build and manage complex or high-impact campaigns within the lead management platform.

  • Conduct advanced QA and validation for campaign builds, forms, and lead flows, particularly for new or evolving use cases.

  • Monitor campaign delivery and lead quality trends, identifying and flagging recurring issues or performance risks.

  • Support updates to lead goals, publisher budgets, and campaign configurations in partnership with the Manager.

Process Improvement & Standards Support

  • Contribute to the refinement of execution standards, workflows, and QA guidelines based on operational experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, or automate repetitive activation tasks.

  • Provide input and recommendations to support roadmap development, grounded in execution insights and recurring patterns.

  • Ensure documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials accurately reflect current best practices.

Stakeholder & Lead Operations Partnership

  • Own and execute publisher certification processes, providing guidance and oversight to Analysts as needed.

  • Share operational insights and updates on lead quality, campaign performance, and delivery risks with relevant stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with Lead Operations to review routing logic, lead quality feedback, and downstream impacts.

  • Support publisher certification, issue triage, and troubleshooting where deeper platform expertise is required.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong ability to diagnose issues across campaign execution, lead quality, and platform behavior.

  • Comfortable working with data to validate issues, identify patterns, and support recommendations.

  • Structured approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and root-cause analysis.

Knowledge & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in ad operations, campaign activation, or lead management within a paid media environment.

  • Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, QA processes, and lead delivery workflows.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management platforms.

  • General understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including data flows, integrations, and APIs.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Lead Operations, Sales Ops, Media teams, or agencies.

  • Test-and-learn mindset with a track record of improving processes, quality, or execution efficiency over time.
