The role is based in the North Leinster. Ideally someone located near or around Dublin (or to the north of Dublin) would be in an ideal location to travel around the territory.

We have a good market share in the territory across our AWM portfolio, meaning this role will be working with established customers and building on the work that's already been done. While saying that, there's significant opportunity for growth in the territory as well.

The team you will work with across Ireland have vast clinical experience and knowledge of our portfolio and products. It could present an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into the sector or take a step up into a role like this as the support and knowledge will be available. Ideally we would like someone who has experience of selling to consultants in a hospital setting.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for a self-motivated, results driven individual to join our Irish commercial team. This account manager will be working with our Wound products. The customer base will be split between hospital and community, mostly nursing and surgical customers. This role will be key to work with our customers ensuring that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.

What does success look like?

Success in this role is simply based on revenue and customer relationships. We would like to see someone who can (now or in the near future) take strategic responsibility and ownership for the territory, work with our customers to deliver for our patients! In turn, we expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography this will likely impact on existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Experience selling to consultants in a hospital setting. This could be from the devices industry, or from pharmaceuticals.
  • Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in year sales revenue targets
  • Strong focussed account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accounts
  • Assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market
