Shutterstock is seeking a sharp, resourceful IT Support Engineer to deliver top-tier technical support in a fast-paced, creative tech environment. Based in our Dublin office, you’ll be the go-to expert for hardware, software, applications, and A/V systems — supporting employees locally and around the globe.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and communicates clearly with users of all technical backgrounds. You’ll not only handle day-to-day support but also contribute to infrastructure projects and process improvements that enhance the Shutterstock experience company-wide.
What You’ll DoProvide responsive support for desktops, phones, systems, and apps across local and remote teams.
Lead and assist in IT infrastructure efforts, including server upgrades and office builds.
Manage A/V systems, video conferencing tools, and live event support.
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment like projectors, speakers, mics, and digital audio systems.
Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Track and escalate incidents in a team-based support system.
Identify automation opportunities to streamline IT operations.
Join an on-call support rotation and travel occasionally to other offices.
3+ years of Desktop Support experience.
Expertise with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and Windows Server.
Knowledge of enterprise security tools (encryption, antivirus, system management).
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and Jamf.
Strong A/V support skills, especially for digital and live event systems.
Excellent customer service, prioritization, multitasking, and communication abilities.
Capable of creating clear documentation and training materials.
Comfortable working within SLA targets and operational metrics.
