We are looking for a Intermediate Full Stack Developer to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
Brief description of the role. Reporting to the Support Team Lead, other highlights include:
The Intermediate Developer has deep specialized knowledge and experience that allow them to manage complex code, collaborate and are knowledgeable in the business domain they support. Their competency may even expand to help with marketing and overall business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop software code using object-oriented programming languages and is proficient in one of more code bases.
Ability to write simple and/or routine code (code is clear and shorter) with more consideration of the business and customer impact.
Responsible for maintaining and reviewing code and has the demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug and perform maintenance tasks independently.
Required to work with internal teams including project management, business analysts, DevOps and quality assurance to ensure code and applications are being designed and delivered as per customer expectations and requirements.
Ability to solution issues, provide estimates on tasks and assist in compartmentalizing sections of work.
Responsible to maintain technical documentation to assist with maintenance and upgrades.
Responsible to analyze, investigate and solve technical problems associated with code and applications and recommend improvements while minimizing disruptions and impacts to customers and other team members.
Demonstrated experience with the management of at least one full software development life cycle and may be involved in planning and deployment.
Position Requirements:
BSc or Master’s in Computer Science (or related field)
5+ years’ software development experience
Strong skills in Angular (frontend), C#/.NET (backend), and SQL
Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, deployments, environment management)
Proficient in Application Insights/logging for monitoring and issue resolution
Familiar with MS SQL scripting, Git, CSS/.Less, and JavaScript
Proven ability to design solutions and lead development cycles end-to-end
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across teams
Calm, structured approach to incident management
Proactive in improving performance, stability, and maintainability
Experience refactoring legacy code and promoting best practices
Contributes to scalable technical design decisions
