What you will do:
Account Management & Manufacturer Engagement
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring seamless interaction with Emisar's teams and members
  • Develop and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with manufacturer stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Coordinate cross-functional support within Emisar to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and enhance engagement quality
  • Facilitate strategic conversations, business reviews, and partnership planning sessions
  • Develop and implement Operational processes to improve account management efficiency
  • Support the development and execution of tailored account strategies based on manufacturer's needs, market dynamics, and organizational priorities

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure transparent, timely communication between manufacturers, internal teams, and members
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics, engagement outcomes, and partnership health
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pharma Services processes, tools, and service offerings and conducting business reviews with pharma partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal functions (commercial, clinical, contracting, operations, data/analytics, etc.) to ensure cohesive support for manufacturers
  • Act as an advocate for manufacturer needs while balancing Emisar's strategic objectives and member needs

  • Proven experience in account management, manufacturer relations, pharma partnerships, healthcare commercial operations, project management, operational excellence or related fields
  • Proven solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated process improvement skills

Other useful skills and experience include:
  • Proven experience working directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers or within a healthcare/market access ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without authority
