Lead QA efforts across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Design and execute manual and automated tests, maintain Cypress/Playwright suites, perform API and SQL testing, track defects, drive QA best practices, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality and timely releases.

Support delivery of regulatory aviation software by eliciting and analysing legislation, policies, and stakeholder needs; translate into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows; support Product Owner, Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, UAT, and collaboration with UX, development and QA to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead QA strategy and a distributed QA function to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality software. Implement QA governance, drive automation-first testing integrated with CI/CD, define metrics, manage vendors, and improve QA maturity across Agile/DevOps delivery.

Lead design, development, code review, releases, and mentoring for core registry products. Manage multiple projects, hire and train developers, and enforce coding standards and Agile practices.

The Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable technical solutions, guide development teams, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
