Support delivery of regulatory aviation software by eliciting and analysing legislation, policies, and stakeholder needs; translate into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows; support Product Owner, Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, UAT, and collaboration with UX, development and QA to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead QA strategy and a distributed QA function to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality software. Implement QA governance, drive automation-first testing integrated with CI/CD, define metrics, manage vendors, and improve QA maturity across Agile/DevOps delivery.

The Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable technical solutions, guide development teams, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
