As a HR Business Partner & Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI and data analytics into HR practices within our knowledge-driven organization. Working onsite in Geleen, you will work closely with managers, team leads, and employees across the Netherlands and Italy, influencing key people decisions on performance, engagement, culture, and talent development.Your insights will help modernize our HR processes, foster a vibrant work environment and support organizational growth. Reporting directly to the Head of HR for Netherlands and Italy, you'll lead change management projects and support reorganization efforts that require innovative, data-backed strategies.
What you’ll do:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals using data insights.
Lead digital transformation initiatives within HR, leveraging AI, analytics tools and automation.
Support change management and reorganization projects, ensuring seamless transitions.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to cultivate an engaging, entrepreneurial and inclusive culture.
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights.
Use digital tools such as Excel, Workday, SAP, Power BI and automation solutions to analyze and optimize HR data and processes.
Contribute to talent development initiatives, mentoring leaders, and assessing potential with innovative approaches.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology, Law or related fields.
At least 5 years of HR experience in an international context.
Strong passion for data, AI and digital innovation in HR.
Proficient in digital tools including Excel, Workday, SAP, Power BI and automation technologies.
Experience working in global companies with complex HR models, including outsourcing and matrix structures.
Proven ability to use people analytics and data to inform strategic decisions.
Skilled in mentoring, developing talent and assessing potential.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate autonomously.
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High integrity and ethical standards.
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
