We enable leading apps, agencies, media buyers, and brands to run programmatic customer acquisition, retargeting, and brand performance campaigns through our self-serve and managed service options. The Team

The Trading team is responsible for creating growth through the management and optimization of mobile performance advertising campaigns for clients utilizing the managed service offering. The goal of the team is to deliver on the client's objectives through established or new trading best practices and communicate account status regularly and effectively with their CSM counterparts.

Why this role

This is a hands-on trading role where you'll manage mobile programmatic campaigns across verticals like gaming, fintech, and betting, optimizing toward CPA/ROAS targets while learning to scale efficiently. You'll work closely with senior growth analysts and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to advanced analytics, LLM-powered workflows, and trading strategies that go well beyond what most desks offer at this level. If you're analytical, curious about automation, and want to accelerate your programmatic career, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

Trading excellence

  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimization across a set of advertisers; monitor and hit KPI targets (CPA, ROAS, retention) with guidance from senior growth analysts.
  • Execute supply-side and audience optimization tactics including publisher management, bid adjustments, and dayparting across ad formats (banner, video, native, CTV).
  • Run A/B tests on bids, budgets, creatives, and geos as part of broader testing roadmaps; document results and contribute learnings to the Trading Playbook.
  • Monitor pacing and budget allocation daily, flagging risks and under-delivery proactively.
  • Build a working understanding of mobile attribution (postback flows, attribution windows, MMP integrations) and how attribution models affect how we measure and optimize campaign performance.

Analytics & automation

  • Use SQL to pull and analyze campaign data from internal databases; build comfort with joins, CTEs, and window functions over time.
  • Learn to leverage LLMs (GPT/Claude) for recurring analyses, data briefs, and performance diagnostics,  this is a core part of how our team works.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools used by the trading team.
  • Develop your analytical instincts: learn to ask the right questions, understand what's driving performance, and use available tools (SQL, AI, BI tools) to find answers.

Cross-functional impact

  • Work with CSMs to understand client goals and communicate campaign status clearly.
  • Support QBR preparation and client-facing deliverables alongside senior growth analysts.
  • Collaborate with Product Support to troubleshoot delivery issues and with Supply on inventory quality questions.

Since I am based in Argentina and other key product and customer success team members are located mostly across EMEA and India, we are open to a remote setup of this position. For optimal overlap with customers’ time zones and internal teams your main working location should preferably be close to the CET time zone.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of programmatic ad buying, ad operations, or adjacent adtech experience is a must
  • Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution concepts; hands-on experience preferred.
  • Analytical mindset; SQL ability or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited to use LLMs as part of your daily workflow.
  • Nice-to-have: Any exposure to Python, CTV/OTT, or mobile in-app DSP platforms.
  • Solution-oriented with a bias toward action.
  • Clear communicator who's comfortable asking questions and collaborating across teams.

What do we offer?

  • Competitive compensation with a performance-based component
  • Exceptional career growth and learning possibilities — you'll be mentored by experienced growth analysts and exposed to advanced workflows (LLMs, ClickHouse, audience strategy) earlier than at most organizations
  • A unique opportunity to be part of an experienced team of industry experts and entrepreneurs who bring massive change to the Adtech market
  • A high degree of responsibility and independence
  • Direct, day-to-day work with the management
  • A fun, driven, and multinational team located across Germany, India, Argentina, Ukraine, Spain, the UK and many more countries
  • A flexible work-from-home arrangement: work from our Berlin, London, Bangalore office or fully remote - you decide.
  • A 500-dollar home-office setup budget
  • A 1000-dollar annual learning and development budget
