Position Summary:

Are you a qualified accountant with a head for numbers and a knack for managing complex financials across international borders? We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing global team.

With offices in Ireland & Colombia, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting integration of new businesses, and helping to steer the Group’s financial strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee the monthly management accounts production for each company in the  group
  • Oversee:
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Transaction Posting Checks and Corrections
  • Maintenance of Asset Registers
  • Stock Movement Verification & Posting
  • Prepayments, Accruals, and Intercompany Charges
  • Intercompany Reconciliations
  • Consolidate Group Companies
  • Assist with corporate compliance and statutory reporting
  • Manage the financial onboarding and integration of acquired companies
  • Work closely with the CFO and FD to set and monitor annual budgets
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Collaborate with our Data Manager to ensure our accounting systems are efficient
  • Lead and support Finance function across regions
  • Responsibility for group cashflow reporting and management
  • Oversee taxes function within the group
 

What We're Looking For:

  • Professionally qualified accountant
  • Proven experience working within a multinational ecommerce environment, Telco background an advantage
  • Experience with consolidations
  • Ability to thrive under tight monthly deadlines
  • Someone who loves variety but can manage to implement the structure of a large organisation
  • Management of a medium sized team
  • Fluent English but Spanish speaker would be an advantage but not required
 

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, ACA qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Experience implementing new systems
  • Working within large teams as the key lead within the organisation.
