What you’ll be doing…


In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic operational partner to the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing & Supply Chain and the Vice President of Global Sourcing. Leveraging your exceptional organisational rigor and sharp business judgment, you will proactively navigate complex operational priorities, optimise executive workflows, and maintain seamless day-to-day continuity across leadership teams dispersed across multiple times zones.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Providing high-level administrative support and organisational tasks to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for the executive team.
  • Coordinating complex diaries and booking travel, including scheduling and arranging meetings, while maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities.
  • Preparing expense claims, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organising and coordinating the operation of an office, overseeing the provisioning of supplies, equipment, and services, and finding new ways to increase efficiency.
  • Managing and maintaining the executives’ diaries with constantly changing priorities, while maintaining sensitivity, including coordinating with other Executive Assistants to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Performing routine administrative functions and gaining a thorough knowledge of the cross-functional team's span of control, policies, and procedures.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders across different time zones.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, etc.).
  • To be considered for this role, applicants must already hold a valid right to work in Ireland. We are currently unable to support employment permit sponsorship.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:


  • Strong prioritisation abilities and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working with C-suite executives and supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organisational skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work predominantly on-site.
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and/or deadlines; coordinating work effectively.
