Responsibilities include team leadership, agency ecosystem governance, AI-enabled commercial model development, contract and rate negotiations, performance benchmarking, stakeholder engagement with senior marketing leaders, spend optimization, and procurement process modernization using enterprise sourcing tools.

Leads global strategic sourcing for Verizon’s $3.6 billion Marketing portfolio, including agency, MarTech, creative, media, print, research, retail execution, and merchandise categories. Partners with the CMO and senior leaders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with agencies and technology providers, manage budgets and working capital, lead AI and procurement transformation, and mentor a sourcing team. Requires executive stakeholder management, large-scale spend portfolio leadership, and expertise in strategic sourcing and commercial category management.

Lead complex data analyses and data science projects using big data technologies. Develop systems, applications, and visual dashboards; assess system usage; improve data quality and processes; and build tools that address security threats and improve network reliability. Communicate technical findings to nontechnical audiences and guide peers through analytical methods, technologies, and system usage.

Manages Verizon’s international wireless operator relationships and negotiates roaming, permanent roaming, and outbound eUICC agreements. Develops regional partner strategies, optimizes costs, generates revenue, administers contracts, resolves commercial issues, and collaborates with legal, technical, finance, marketing, and operations teams. Represents Verizon’s 5G, IoT, and roaming positions in industry forums such as the GSMA while managing suppliers and driving strategic initiatives across multiple geographies.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and lifecycle cost management for network software, services, and investments. Develop sourcing strategies, manage RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate complex contracts, optimize software and maintenance spend, manage supplier performance, resolve disputes, and identify commercial risks and value opportunities. Partner with Engineering and Finance, oversee multiple sourcing projects, apply financial analysis and cost modeling, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Lead Tech Services Sourcing team (30 people) to manage >$10B spend across Network & Technology categories. Set sourcing strategy, negotiate large contracts, drive savings and continuous improvement, partner with executive stakeholders, coach category leaders, and oversee supplier transformation initiatives to maximize financial and process outcomes.
