Plan and launch CRM campaigns for Casino and Sports;
Create retention, reactivation, and cross-sell campaigns to increase player engagement;
Segment players based on activity and deposit behavior;
Test promotions and new ideas, and analyze campaign results;
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
1+ year of experience in iGaming (CRM or Retention experience is a plus);
Experience with CRM platforms;
Understanding of key metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, Wager, Turnover, etc;
Experience with player segmentation (last deposit, last bet, inactive users);
Basic knowledge of Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Instant Games, and Sports;
Understanding of offer mechanics (deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback) and the difference between public and private campaigns;
Experience using Jira, Tableau, and Google Workspace for data analysis, task management, reporting, and presentations.
