Lead end-to-end product development for LATAM gaming products, own product performance and UX, run A/B tests, analyze user behavior and metrics, define backlog and roadmap, and collaborate with gamification, CRM, marketing, and content teams.

Analyzes marketing and CRM data to define metrics, identify performance opportunities, maintain data quality, and support cross-functional decision-making. Builds Tableau dashboards, evaluates marketing channel effectiveness, develops automated reporting, and recommends optimization strategies. Requires advanced SQL, statistical analysis, attribution knowledge, and experience with marketing analytics. Collaborates with Marketing, Finance, and Product while working independently.

Monitors affiliate and sales managers’ partner communications across Telegram, Skype, and email. Reviews tone, accuracy, compliance, response times, and SLA adherence; identifies risks and escalates critical cases. Provides constructive feedback, maintains communication standards and error records, prepares quality reports, and supports process improvements. The role requires strong written English, objectivity, responsibility, stress resilience, and the ability to understand affiliate and iGaming operations.

Provide international corporate and regulatory legal support across jurisdictions: draft, negotiate, and review contracts (MSAs, SLAs, licensing, NDAs), T&C and privacy policies; coordinate external counsel; support operational teams on corporate, IP, and compliance matters; maintain company and contract registers.

Conduct manual testing of web applications and new features across frontend and backend systems. Create and maintain test documentation, perform functional and regression testing, identify and track defects, verify fixes, and validate releases. Collaborate with development and product teams, analyze requirements, test REST APIs and databases, and provide quality improvement feedback within Agile environments.

Own VIP CRM strategy for Casino and Sports customers: plan monthly VIP calendars, manage revenue and bonus budgets, optimize VIP lifecycle journeys, execute and optimize upsell/retention/reactivation campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app, align automated flows with account managers, track KPIs (retention, ARPU, LTV, churn), analyze campaign conversion and communication metrics, and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve ROI.
