Lead product strategy and execution for LATAM across Casino, Sportsbook, Live content, and Gamification. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, portfolio metrics (ARPU, LTV, retention), localized personalization, promotions, and regulatory alignment. Build and scale product teams, collaborate with marketing, CRM, payments, risk, and compliance, optimize mobile UX, run A/B testing, and manage integrations with providers and APIs.

Manage brand social accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp), create platform-specific content and captions, schedule using social tools, analyze performance with native analytics, support Meta Ads campaigns, engage followers, and deliver weekly performance reports with insights.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices using C#/.NET. Work on integrations, asynchronous/event-driven systems (Kafka), observability, performance tuning, and deployments in Kubernetes/GitOps. Collaborate with DevOps, participate in on-call rotation and incident response, write tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to system design improvements and AI/LLM integrations.
