We are pleased to announce that we are seeking to fill an exciting position at our Head office in Ballymount, Dublin 22, with long-term project growth ahead.
We require a 4D BIM Specialist who will thrive working within a collaborative team delivering fast pace market leading schemes within the Data Centre sector.
Requirements
- Integration of 3D Information: Proficiently interface with 3D information from diverse sources. Utilise SYNCHRO 4D Pro to seamlessly integrate data into the project model.
- 4 D Model Creation and Management: Create and manage temporary and groundwork model additions using SYNCHRO 4D Pro. Assign geometry to the program and ensure accuracy in representation. Work closely with the project planner to align 4D information with the project schedule.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in 4D Planning models. Assist teams in the effective utilisation of 4D technology, providing technical support and guidance.
- Workshops and Presentations: Conduct regular project team workshops to facilitate understanding and proficiency in 4D Planning. Present developments and findings using the 4D model to internal teams and clients. Create 4D video presentations for pre-tender stage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar).
- 4+ years of experience within the construction industry.
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in 4D Planning and utilisation of SYNCHRO 4D Pro.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and data integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
