The Sourcing Manager will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate costs, manage supplier relationships, and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and service levels.

Lead and manage an assigned sales region/channel to achieve sales and profit goals. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies, forecast sales, build supplier relationships, direct account and field sales staff, recruit and train employees, and communicate results to senior management. Travel 25–50% and perform outside sales visits as needed.
