Manage a portfolio of content creators and influencers, identify their business needs, and provide comprehensive solutions. Build strong client relationships, support creator growth, and develop digital marketing expertise across major advertising platforms. The role requires English and Italian fluency, flexibility, proactive problem-solving, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong willingness to learn. Experience with creators, influencers, digital advertising, or client-facing work is preferred.

Support the Business Development Director by identifying new niches and prospects, building pipelines of creators/influencers, maintaining lead records, optimizing the sales funnel, and proposing process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of creators and influencers, act as their primary contact, identify needs and provide solutions, support growth and monetization, and learn digital advertising (Google/YouTube/Instagram/Facebook/TikTok). Work flexibly as a remote freelance account manager, collaborating with founders and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-growing startup.
