Manage a portfolio of content creators and influencers, understand their business needs, provide comprehensive solutions, and support account growth. The role requires English and German fluency, digital marketing knowledge, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred experience includes working with social media ads, creators, influencers, or clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in English and German
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
- Flexible working hours
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
- Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
