Teams at Web Summit

Manage speaker relationships and logistics for Web Summit’s global events. Coordinate scheduling, speaker activities, communications, and event processes while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent attendee experience. The role requires strong organization, customer service, confidentiality, problem-solving, and project ownership, with experience in relationship management, customer service, or events preferred.

Lead and unify Partner Success, Key Attendee Success, and Startup Success globally. Own budgets, headcount, service models, SLAs, escalations, stakeholder satisfaction, and fulfilment data. Build scalable tiered operating models, champion stakeholder feedback, collaborate with Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, and manage high-priority escalations during event weeks. The role requires strategic leadership, operational discipline, relationship management, analytical decision-making, and the ability to improve service quality across high-volume global events.

Research and recruit high-profile technology speakers, particularly from China, for Web Summit events. Responsibilities include researching prospects, crafting persuasive pitches, managing long-running outreach, developing session concepts, maintaining speaker data, coordinating VIP schedules, preparing briefings, and supporting travel within China and to events. The role requires native-level Mandarin, fluent English, strong communication skills, knowledge of China's technology ecosystem, and proficiency with Chinese social and research platforms.
