Teams at Web Summit

Manage end-to-end employment and contractor documentation workflows: prepare and issue contracts via e-signature, maintain contractor/EOR registers, coordinate onboarding/offboarding legal docs, liaise with Legal/People/Finance, track renewals and approvals, and improve workflows and controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Identify, engage and manage relationships with investors across the attendee lifecycle. Maintain investor pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with BI and cross-functional teams to generate leads, represent Web Summit at global events, and drive investor engagement and account management.

Manage strategic partner relationships and speaker interactions for Web Summit events, coordinating cross-team execution of partner activations, providing post-event feedback, supporting retention and expansion, and travelling internationally to ensure on-the-ground delivery. Collaborate with acquisition teams and improve processes to enhance partner experience.
