Own and optimize the lifecycle machine: activation, expansion, retention, and reactivation for a PLG B2B SaaS. Hands-on in Customer.io, run experiments, define segmentation with engineering, manage deliverability and sending hygiene, and be judged on activation, net revenue retention, and reactivated revenue.

Lead positioning and run product and vertical sub-launches end-to-end: Product Hunt, landing pages, creative assets, comms, sales enablement, and customer proof. Work hands-on in Figma, direct designers/agencies, collaborate tightly with product and founders, and iterate weekly to scale launches across multiple ICPs.

Own post-sale customer relationships: onboard new workspaces, provide technical support and triage, prevent churn, drive expansion, create enablement materials, and translate customer feedback into prioritized product improvements.

Own and grow Viktors community across Slack, Reddit, review sites and other channels. Drive onboarding, events, ambassador programs, feedback loops to product and engineering, and convert users into advocates to improve retention and public ratings.

Own Google Ads end-to-end for a B2B SaaS/AI product: build campaign architecture, run weekly experiments, manage landing page conversion testing, implement measurement and attribution (enhanced/offline/server-side), report on CAC and pipeline, and document a repeatable playbook to scale the channel.

Own full-cycle recruiting as the company's first dedicated talent hire: source, screen, manage agencies, build hiring systems (Ashby, scorecards), instrument funnel metrics, and use AI to automate sourcing and ops to scale hiring from ~25 to 50–70 people.

Own Viktor's organic social across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube: create calendar and copy, engage in real-time conversations, operate and run the Creator Program (submissions, payouts, sheets, automations), amplify team posts, and measure/optimize reach and pipeline.

Own and optimize the paid-to-signup funnel end-to-end: ship high-velocity landing pages, run rigorous CRO experiments, improve paid CPA/CAC, and design site IA. Partner with paid and founders to scale paid spend while delivering measurable conversion lift and fast iteration.

Provide tier-1 on‑site support for Viktor's AI agent: triage, reproduce and resolve issues, read logs, write actionable bug reports, map trends for product, and improve docs and self‑service.

You will own full-cycle sales for an early-stage AI-driven SaaS product: prospecting, booking demos, running live product demos on prospect data, building the GTM playbook, and closing contracts while working closely with co-founders.

Serve as Viktor’s first dedicated legal hire, owning US-law commercial contracts, AI-specific contracting, data protection, enterprise deal readiness, templates, contract tracking, and external counsel. Support fundraising, corporate transactions, and entity administration across US, Polish, and German entities. Improve legal intake and workflows using approved AI tools while managing matters through signature or resolution.
