Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.
The team is small. The scope is not.
You join our Inside Sales team as one of its first Account Executives, reporting to our Inside Sales lead. New customers find Viktor and start paying on their own. Your job is to get them set up and spending, grow them through their first 28 days, then hand them to an AI Performance Consultant. Farmer, not hunter.
Viktor is growing fast, and new customers arrive through the product every day. Many of them clearly need a bigger plan or a longer-term contract, and their first weeks decide how far they go. Leads are routed to Inside Sales by our GTM engine in Attio, and you use product and billing signals to decide who to talk to and how to grow them. The pipeline already exists in the product data. You work it.
The Inside Sales team is small and early. You work alongside the reps already in seat and help write the playbook the team runs on.
Get new customers set up and spending, then right-size them: find teams that use far more than they pay for and move them onto the right plans.
Own each account for its first 28 days, then hand it to an AI Performance Consultant with a clean handover. Enterprise accounts sit with our Enterprise Sales team.
Build your own target lists from usage and billing data, and decide who to talk to next.
Run a consultative process. Short cycles, product-led conversations, real usage on the table.
Improve the playbook the team runs on: talk tracks, follow-up templates, agent workflows. What converts, what messaging lands, what objections recur. Answers come from data, not guesses.
You work the inside-sales flow independently at the team's standard, with clean day-28 handovers.
Accounts you touch end up on the right plans, and their usage keeps growing.
What your accounts spend in their first 28 days is tracked every week against your target.
Your pipeline is current in Attio, with call notes coming through from Gong.
The rest of the team uses at least one improvement you made to the playbook.
2 to 4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS.
At least 2 years in a product-led conversion, expansion or sales-assist motion (think Notion, Airtable, Miro, Figma and similar), or closing experience at an AI-native company.
Full-lifecycle seller: you source from product signal, run discovery, close, and stay close post-sale.
Comfortable with data. Usage dashboards, billing history, building your own lists. SQL is a plus.
AI-native, with evidence. Either you already sell with AI today (prospecting, research and follow-ups run through agents in your current role) or you've sold at an AI company. You can't sell Viktor without living the workflow.
Comfortable as an early rep, without enablement or sales ops scaffolding.
Based in (or ready to relocate to) Warsaw or Dublin.
Fluent English. German, French or Polish a plus.
Enterprise-only deals with 9-month cycles are your home turf.
SDRs have always fed you meetings.
Quota is the only number you care about, and you change logo every 18 months.
"Leverage" comes up in your sentences more often than customers do.
You have early-stage startup experience. Employee #1 to #20.
You've sold AI, automation, or agent products and know how buyers evaluate this category.
You've built your own book of business with SQL or analytics tooling.
Volume is high, every account runs on a 28-day clock, and the product changes weekly.
You take a founding seat in a small Inside Sales team, working a product customers already pay for and expand on their own. The people who build the playbook now are first in line as Inside Sales and Enterprise grow.
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.
