Manages Vertiv’s end-to-end New Product Development and Introduction projects across seven stage gates. Leads cross-functional teams spanning engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, services, and commercial functions. Owns schedules, gate deliverables, product costing, business cases, revenue and margin tracking, sourcing readiness, risks, manufacturing preparation, demand forecasting, and executive status reporting. Also drives improvements to NPDI tools, templates, and governance.

Leads global capacity planning and validation for large deal quotes across multiple business units. Manages capacity analysis queues, reservations, forecasts, plant-scheduler coordination, approvals, utilization reporting, and team workload. Partners with Pricing, Sales, Operations, and manufacturing teams to resolve constraints, improve quoting cycle times, and achieve same-day capacity decisions.

Leads end-to-end procurement execution for assigned product lines, owning cost, supplier delivery, material availability, NPI readiness, sourcing actions, supplier performance, engineering change impacts, and cost-out initiatives. Partners with Global Category Managers, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to achieve procurement KPIs, savings targets, production ramp readiness, and alignment with approved supplier panels.

Lead global category strategy and supplier panel governance, drive should-cost and TCO discipline, manage LTAs/MSAs and supplier performance, coordinate NPI engagement, mitigate single-source risk, and negotiate across regions.

Lead end-to-end EMEA deployment of Kinaxis Maestro, owning program governance, roadmap, and cross-functional coordination. Standardize demand/supply/inventory/capacity/production/materials planning, ensure master data and ERP integration readiness, drive change management, training, go-live and post-go-live stabilization, and measure KPI-driven business value delivery.

Manages on-site project delivery and commissioning activities across EMEA. Responsibilities include coordinating installation and commissioning teams, scheduling resources, tracking progress, managing subcontractors and deliveries, reporting risks, supporting quality and safety, attending stakeholder meetings, and driving process improvements. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, project teams, and regional leaders throughout the commissioning lifecycle.

Supports presales data center and critical infrastructure design by interpreting RFPs and customer requirements, creating and reviewing CAD and Revit models, and preparing design documents. Handles multiple opportunities, leads activities of medium complexity, supports team leads, and mentors new employees. Requires strong 3D modeling, layout, section-drawing, analytical, assessment, organizational, communication, and English-language skills.

Own the product roadmap for data center whitespace infrastructure (power distribution, liquid and air cooling). Consolidate Voice of Customer and market intelligence, define product requirements and value propositions, run competitor and patent analysis, create customer-facing documentation, support launches, enable sales/solutions teams, and provide occasional on-site technical consultations and training.

Design and release 2D drawings, 3D models, sheet-metal fabrication drawings, assembly documentation, and BOMs for custom busbar assemblies. Collaborate with BIM, project management, manufacturing, ordering, and global engineering teams to meet customer and industry requirements. Provide technical support to production and site teams, conduct design reviews, resolve discrepancies, standardize designs, support continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high design quality and safety standards.

Talent network to register interest for commercial and technical roles across the UK and EMEA. Frequently hiring enterprise and service sales, channel and partner managers, application and technical sales engineers, CPQ and engineering tools specialists, product and PMO roles. Ideal candidates have sales or technical engineering backgrounds, customer-first mindsets, industry experience in data center/power/thermal preferred, and fluency in English (additional European languages valued).

Own product lifecycle for global Busbar offerings: launch and retire products, build business cases, research market needs, define requirements, enable sales with collateral and demos, manage pricing, forecasts and profitability, track post-launch performance, resolve delivery/quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Lead lifecycle management for LV switchgear skids (hardware, config software, services). Define product roadmap, drive innovation, enable routes-to-market and supply base, manage pricing and cost targets, support marketing, and coordinate global R&D, prototyping, and validation to grow EMEA and global IEC business.

Provide presales technical support for UPS/power solutions: review RFx, design configurable solutions, coordinate with engineering, prepare proposals/presentations, train colleagues/customers, manage stakeholder relationships, and support local accounts and in-country application engineering activities.

Lead a small team to manage end-to-end non-contract service enquiries: develop technical solutions, produce BOMs and quotations, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production and CAD, support delivery, monitor timelines/margins, and maintain pricing and tracking tools.
