Supports Census 2027 and 2031 cybersecurity strategies while advising senior technical and business stakeholders.

Designs and governs enterprise-grade, secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with business needs and target architecture. Translates requirements into architecture artifacts, leads technology selection, guides development teams, reviews designs and code, manages technical risks, supports project planning, and oversees third-party deliverables. The role also refines technical architecture, ensures documentation and standards compliance, supports cloud-native and full-stack solutions, and provides technical leadership across public-facing and internal systems.

Provides operational and developmental support across Azure, VMware, Windows Server, enterprise networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents, supporting infrastructure changes and migrations, improving resilience, documenting environments and recovery procedures, assessing technical risks, and transferring knowledge to ICT staff. The consultant will also contribute to cybersecurity remediation, disaster recovery testing, infrastructure architecture, service management, and future ICT operating-model recommendations.

Own the networking architecture for OpenShift Container Platform and OpenShift Virtualization. Define future-state connectivity, segmentation, multi-tenancy, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust patterns. Lead migration from VMware NSX firewall policies to OpenShift-native controls, evaluate CNI and SDN technologies, produce HLDs, LLDs, standards, and reference architectures, and provide technical leadership to implementation teams and stakeholders.

Owns the architecture, governance, automation, and lifecycle management of enterprise OpenShift container and virtualization platforms. Reviews and matures GitOps implementations using ACM, Argo CD, and OpenShift GitOps; defines operating models, standards, disaster recovery, and governance. Develops VMware-to-OpenShift migration and application modernization patterns, produces HLDs, LLDs, and reference architectures, and provides technical leadership and mentoring to platform engineering teams.

Design, deploy, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and optimize OpenShift clusters on bare-metal infrastructure. Provide architectural guidance, integrate networking, storage, security, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD capabilities. Automate platform operations with Ansible, advise client teams, resolve technical issues, and support operational readiness in a hands-on engineering role.

Provide Level 2 helpdesk support for unified communications, mobile voice and data services, mobile device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and end-user devices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage service desk requests and incidents, support customers and colleagues, maintain documentation, and share knowledge. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, Android support experience, and familiarity with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and Samsung Knox.

Develop and support backend software in Azure environments using Java and Python APIs, microservices, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AI tools. Provision infrastructure with Terraform and apply distributed-system design, secure development, observability, and production-support practices. The role supports healthcare projects in Ireland on a hybrid schedule.

Designs, deploys, and manages highly available Kubernetes platforms on AWS EKS. Automates infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation, builds CI/CD pipelines, manages networking and security, monitors performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch, optimizes cost and resources, troubleshoots platform issues, and supports cloud-native adoption.

Build and deploy production-grade generative AI and LLM solutions, including advanced RAG pipelines, prompt strategies, agentic applications, enterprise integrations, and high-throughput unstructured-data processing. Develop with Python and modern ML and LLM frameworks, integrate vector databases, and implement MLOps practices for evaluation, monitoring, CI/CD, and reliable deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders and independently solve ambiguous technical problems while applying GenAI safety guardrails.

Provides hands-on junior technical support, including floor-walking after moves, resolving first-line issues, installing and de-installing desktop and AV equipment, cabling, desk testing, asset management, equipment handling, issue tracking, and administrative updates. The role also supports deliveries, waste separation, equipment preparation, and escalation of unresolved incidents. Network and comms room installation experience is desirable but not essential, provided the candidate is willing to learn.

Provides Level 2 support and administration for Microsoft 365 collaboration services, primarily Microsoft Teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting meetings, calls, chat, users, policies, devices, and applications; managing tickets and service levels; administering Teams accounts, teams, channels, memberships, settings, and apps; maintaining platform availability, security, governance, capacity, and documentation; supporting change and problem management; escalating complex issues; and training users and administrators.

Designs Azure architectures and produces Low-Level Design documents, reviews requirements with customers, and builds Azure environments using Bicep-based infrastructure as code. Ensures security, governance, networking, identity, monitoring, and Azure best-practice compliance. Supports environment validation and handover to delivery teams while collaborating with project teams and customers.

Manage and drive an observability program spanning application domains and a platform team. Coordinate requirements, align priorities, track milestones, and maintain clear organizational communication. Collaborate closely with developers, technical leads, business analysts, and Dynatrace engineers. The role requires hands-on program or project management experience, with Agile and Scrum expertise, and is based onsite in Dublin.

Develop and support Java applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, microservices, and Spring Batch. The role requires strong problem-solving, client communication, and collaboration skills, preferably within the banking domain. The developer must be willing to support weekend releases when required.

Develop and scale AI-driven observability capabilities across product strategies. Analyze abnormalities, assess observability coverage, build dashboards, and collaborate on an AI agent that automates dashboard generation as new strategies are introduced. The role aims to improve product visibility and anomaly detection while establishing standardized, scalable observability and dashboarding frameworks.
