Design, deploy, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and optimize OpenShift clusters on bare-metal infrastructure. Provide architectural guidance, integrate networking, storage, security, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD capabilities. Automate platform operations with Ansible, advise client teams, resolve technical issues, and support operational readiness in a hands-on engineering role.

Designs and maintains scalable batch and streaming data pipelines across transactional platforms, databases, APIs, cloud, and on-premise environments. Ensures data quality, governance, lineage, metadata, and regulatory compliance while supporting analytics and reporting. Collaborates with analysts and data scientists to translate requirements into architecture solutions, monitors pipeline performance, and troubleshoots delivery issues.

Provides application support and IAM engineering within a global cybersecurity team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Java, Autosys, and SQL applications; managing incidents, problems, and changes; supporting DevOps processes; monitoring with Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk; and independently producing root-cause analyses, SOPs, and knowledge-base documentation. The role also contributes to IAM system implementation, project coordination, and collaboration within a global Scrum team.
