Design and analyse supply chain KPIs and business data to improve product availability, customer experience and reduce costs. Lead cross-functional projects, develop and implement supply chain solutions, maintain ERP data accuracy, coordinate logistics and planning improvements, and work with BT/BI teams to build reporting.

The Demand Planning Lead will manage forecasting activities to optimize customer experience and maintain system-generated forecasts, analyze sales data, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Lead and execute FSQA supplier approval and compliance programs for Sysco branded suppliers. Conduct internal and second-party audits, issue reports, manage corrective actions, develop and implement supplier QMS programs, monitor regulatory changes, provide training, and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders. Role requires frequent domestic and international travel.
