Calculate and review Solvency II and IFRS/GAAP balance sheets, capital requirements, regulatory reports, and actuarial financial analysis. The role works with business, technology, data, development, and testing teams, produces comprehensive test packs, supports reconciliation and defect resolution, and maintains end-to-end traceability and quality assurance.

Supports management and development of Standard Life International’s product portfolio and strategic migration programme. Responsibilities include product maintenance, reviews, change coordination, impact assessments, requirements development, testing, issue resolution, governance documentation, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. The role ensures product information, customer outcomes, regulatory obligations, and operational processes remain aligned while delivering BAU and migration activities.

Leads and develops a team of Pension and Investment Administrators while managing resources, systems, processes, customer escalations, and regulatory service delivery. Supports the Bulk Purchase Annuity project by coordinating business readiness, training, communications, process updates, role impacts, and operational handover. Promotes continuous improvement, manages performance, supports employees through change, and collaborates with project and operational stakeholders to deliver effective customer outcomes.

Deliver business and regulatory change initiatives across financial services, managing impact assessments, readiness plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, testing, implementation, risks, issues, and governance. The role also applies Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions to improve processes, operational readiness, customer outcomes, and change delivery, while supporting colleagues’ adoption of AI tools and agent-based solutions.
