Drive new-business growth for Diversey’s Life Sciences sector across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include identifying prospects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics, and regulated manufacturing; managing target accounts and sales pipelines; engaging procurement, quality, production, and technical stakeholders; supporting proposals, pricing, tenders, trials, and negotiations; presenting solutions; forecasting pipeline activity; and collaborating with sales, marketing, equipment, and technical teams. Travel throughout the UK and Ireland is required.

Owns a regional customer portfolio, develops new business, manages sales funnels, and drives revenue growth through account expansion. Responsibilities include lead generation, proposals, tenders, customer relationship management, onsite audits, equipment installations, basic maintenance, product demonstrations, training, and Salesforce activity tracking. The role requires regular territory travel, commercial target achievement, and collaboration with distributors and internal teams.

Develops and expands dairy hygiene sales across Ireland, building relationships with farmers and agri-businesses, growing existing accounts, securing new business, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and advising customers on cleaning and washing solutions. The role manages Northern Ireland accounts, monitors market trends, collaborates with internal teams, and requires independent territory management and regular travel.
