Everyone at Sandbox VR is so helpful and collaborative. If someone needs help, the team steps in where they can to help lighten the load. The culture of supporting one another rings throughout the company.

My time working at Sandbox VR has been such a great experience! Not only do I have the opportunity to continuously learn and grow within a company of amazing VR technology, but I also get to work with such intelligent and compassionate people who love what they do. I've learned so much from my team, and I truly feel like I'm a part of something.

Working at Sandbox VR has been a very very unique experience! The events that I’ve been able to participate in have played a huge role in my development as a leader, and you can’t get experience like this anywhere else! Also not to mention the people I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout the company, everyone’s very enthusiastic!

I regularly collaborate with all teams by hosting workshops, providing resources, and facilitating meetings to align on goals. I maintain open communication to ensure we meet our teams’ needs and gather feedback to improve our approach. Together, we strive to elevate our training programs and drive success for our company.

We foster a team culture of inclusivity and tackling new challenges as a team. On the Content team, everyone has a voice and can share their ideas. These ideas contribute to making our experiences better. By giving our team the space to execute on ideas gives us all a tremendous sense of ownership and pride in our work.

I am a working mother. Work-life balance is essential to me. My working hours on weekdays are eight hours, and I have no problem leaving the office on time. Sandbox VR provides enough flexibility and benefits for me to take care of my family and son. I've also taken some fun, long vacations thanks to my team's support and the generous PTO.

Being part of Sandbox VR has been a fantastic and enriching experience in that it blends my love of immersive storytelling. I'm thrilled at how VR merges fiction and reality together, bringing interactive storytelling to life in which our guests can feel like actual participants in the narrative.

In my experience working for Sandbox, it has been one the most joyful and fun jobs I’ve ever worked. Seeing my staff and guests being so passionate and excited about our world class experience’s always brings out the kid in me!
