Lead and scale a regional Customer Success and Solutions Engineering organization across EMEA to drive retention, adoption, technical validation, and expansion. Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth handovers, define solution designs, manage KPIs, forecast at-risk accounts, drive customer lifetime value, and build talent and change programs. Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to deliver revenue and operational goals.

Serve as a Spanish-speaking trusted advisor to enterprise construction clients, leading strategic consulting engagements to implement Procore for financials, project management, quality, and safety. Design business processes, deliver training and workshops, partner with PMs and Product/Engineering on complex implementations, mentor team members, and drive measurable outcomes like improved cost control, schedule certainty, and risk reduction.

Own end-to-end net-new SMB sales for Procore: proactively prospect, qualify inbound leads, run consultative discovery, close deals, manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, and coordinate handoffs with solutions and account teams.
