Lead Procore's Common Data Environment (CDE) product strategy for Europe: conduct market and competitive research, drive product definition, prioritize roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional development and GTM teams, measure adoption and KPIs, ensure compliance with European standards, and evangelize the product to customers and stakeholders.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical support for Procore users via phone, chat, email and web; troubleshoot and research issues, escalate complex cases, maintain schedules and administrative tasks, collaborate with teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Drive enterprise customer adoption and value of the Procore platform through data-driven recommendations, value-based presentations, product updates, high-touch support, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and up to 50% travel to client sites and events.
