Leads consulting engagements, business process transformation, training, workshops, and implementation guidance across financials, project management, quality, and safety. Partners with project managers, customer success, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders to improve cost control, project delivery, risk management, quality, safety, and data-driven decision-making. Also develops best practices and mentors team members.

Lead Procore’s Iberia partner strategy, relationships, revenue growth, forecasting, and operational processes. Manage technology partners, systems integrators, resellers, and ISVs while coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success. Optimize partner lifecycle processes, CRM and PRM systems, reporting, deal registration, lead routing, contracts, payouts, and commission tracking. Present partner performance metrics and contribute channel best practices across the European partner team.

Leads Procore’s EMEA Customer Success Engineering and Solutions Engineering organization, managing managers across multiple markets. Owns customer adoption, retention, technical validation, expansion, implementation handoffs, executive relationships, KPIs, and revenue growth. Builds scalable teams and customer lifecycle strategies while partnering with Product, Professional Services, and Project Management. Requires extensive B2B SaaS leadership, AI implementation experience, organizational transformation expertise, and willingness to travel across EMEA.
