Lead DPIAs and privacy risk assessments, embed privacy-by-design with Product and Engineering, advise on data sharing, vendors, international transfers, and incidents, and develop scalable privacy workflows. The role requires qualified legal practice, significant EU privacy experience, strong product counseling skills, technical data-flow understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and independent judgment.

Reviews and approves insertion orders and annual agreements, ensuring accuracy, policy, legal, and revenue-recognition compliance. Supports month-end close, reconciliations, audits, SOX 404 controls, complex transaction inquiries, and order-management process improvements. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements, document workflows, and leverage AI to improve efficiency and scalability.

Leads Pinterest’s EMEA SMB Agency Scaled Account Management segment, owning revenue growth, retention, ARPA, forecasting, quota setting, and sales execution. Manages vendor operations, standardizes sales processes, oversees deal management, analyzes market and business trends, and drives performance against KPIs and OKRs. Partners with sales leaders and cross-functional teams while developing scaled growth strategies and supporting SMB advertisers. Leads and inspires large teams in a dynamic, data-driven commercial environment.
